Job Summary

Seeking experienced Japanese interpreters, the fully remote contract position will facilitate communication between Japanese and English speakers while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in interpretation.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally and adhere to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Utilize industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and communicate with the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Minimum of 2 years of interpretation experience
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills for high accuracy
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication
• Proficiency in technical requirements such as a steady wired internet connection and USB wired headset
