Job Summary

A leader in accounting workflow automation is filling a position for a Remote Key Accounts Senior Expert Services Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Owning the overall post-launch relationship with assigned customers in enterprise Book of Business
• Ensuring successful launch and establishing relationships with key executives and other stakeholders
• Serving as primary engagement lead for assigned Expert Services client engagements

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of public accounting, finance, and/or related professional services FinTech experience
• Experience owning the relationship and leading project engagements with key enterprise customers
• Positive and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
• Track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts by establishing executive relationships
• Ability to interact with customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
• Ownership mentality with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
