- Providing tier 2 support for implemented technologies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience or
- Advanced degree without experience
- At least 3 years of work related to technology implementation
- At least 1 year of work in an educational technology environment
- Working knowledge of database structure
