Job Summary

A wholesale lending company is in need of a Remote Loan Services Wholesale Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, banks and credit unions
• Handle all questions and problems between the customer and the company
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel within your defined territory
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ wholesale lending experience
• Previous knowledge of mortgage industry
• Prior sales experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of programs
• Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email
