Job Summary
A global government services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Logistics Performance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing performance improvement optimization projects
- Developing reporting out processes and communication to V2X on logistics performance projects
- Taking initiative to solve complex issues, identifying problems, generating alternatives, and recommending solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required
- Must also have experience working knowledge related to Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ)
- Must have working knowledge of Oracle OTM Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Must have experience with leveraging lean principles to drive continuous improvement
- Five (5) years lead/leadership/management experience required in logistics and supply chain, and/or project management role
