A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Loss Mitigation and Default Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring, tracking, and overseeing loans in loss mitigation and default to ensure proper handling
- Monitoring severe defaulted portfolio for proper mitigation and control
- Assisting with external audit inquiries and responses
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration/Management
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage/real estate/legal/default industry
- Knowledge of Investor guidelines with a concentration in Default and Loss Mitigation
- Master proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word and Excel
- Able to perform research through various sources
