Remote Loss Mitigation Supervisor

Job Summary

A company providing services and technology for all phases of the home lending lifecycle has a current position open for a Remote Loss Mitigation Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation of the Loss Mitigation department
• Ensure implementation of department procedures
• Monitor staff workload volumes to ensure proper coverage of all loans

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates Degree or a combination of education and experience
• Five years of Mortgage Banking, Collections, Loss Mitigation, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure processes
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, managing a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Word. MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Knowledge of mortgage loan workout options
