Remote Marketing Operations Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Marketing Operations Analytics Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing standardized tools, methodologies and business processes to improve our marketing reporting
• Leading and initiating key projects to improve our data hygiene, and iterate on our attribution model
• Managing operational processes for marketing analytics to provide clear tracking and clean data from lead to revenue

Qualifications for this position include:

• Proficiency in Looker (or comparable Business Intelligence tool)
• Have 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing analytics or marketing operations
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the marketing and sales organizations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot (or comparable MAP), Google Ads, marketing operations processes
• Experience building data infrastructure (dbt, ETL, working with data teams)
