Remote Material Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Material Program Manager will manage supply chain strategies, oversee key suppliers, and ensure material availability to meet program and customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Align supply chain strategies with the acquisitions team for timely purchase order placement and supplier oversight
• Track and report key performance indicators to maintain program health and supplier performance
• Act as the primary supply chain representative in program meetings and present updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or subcontract management
• Prior experience working with suppliers or in supplier management
• Must obtain MPM and EVMS online training certification within 1 year of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, etc.)
