Remote Math Tutor

Job Summary

Joining a successful virtual math tutoring program, the part-time Remote Math Tutor will provide high-impact tutoring to 6th-grade students at Whitcomb Middle School while gaining valuable experience and contributing to student growth from September 2026 to May 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual, high-impact math tutoring to two 6th-grade students at a time
• Prepare and deliver engaging math lessons using the provided curriculum
• Participate in asynchronous high-impact tutoring training led by Saga Education

Required qualifications

• Willingness to learn and apply high-impact tutoring techniques
• Ability to engage and motivate middle school students
• Passion for education and making a positive impact
• On-camera presence required during tutoring sessions
• No previous high-level math knowledge required
