Job Summary
To support personalized learning, the part-time Remote Math Tutor will deliver one-on-one online math lessons for students in Grades 5-8, ensuring alignment with the CCSS framework while providing tailored instruction and feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one online math lessons aligned with the CCSS framework
- Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs and provide timely feedback
- Utilize interactive teaching methods to promote student engagement and understanding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Math, Education, or related fields
- Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred
- Availability to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
