Job Summary
Japanese system integration company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote McKesson STAR Business Systems Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding end users through complex application functionality
- Applying business systems and applications analysis skills and knowledge in support of McKesson STAR
- Classifying problems as system, training, or process related and recommends corrections
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel to our customer's sites
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience / Undergraduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
- 2+ years' experience providing second and third tier end-user support for the McKesson STAR
- Experience with business process analysis and design, including identification and implementation of best practices, where applicable and practical within the project time lines
- Experience developing technical documentation and estimation of resource requirements for tasks and small projects
- Experience with the successful support, implementation, or upgrade McKesson STAR
