Remote Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support a telehealth care management program, the part-time Remote Medical Assistant will conduct patient outreach, schedule appointments, and perform medication reconciliation while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a high-volume remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound patient calls and schedule appointments
• Support Annual Wellness Visits and care management outreach
• Document patient interactions accurately in the EHR and maintain care coordination

Required Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent healthcare experience required
• Prior healthcare, patient outreach, scheduling, or care coordination experience
• EHR experience preferred
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and performance metrics
• Reliable and self-motivated in a remote environment
