Remote Medical Biller

Job Summary

Working remotely in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone, the full-time RCM / Collections Specialist / Medical Biller will manage the submission of invoices, evaluate payments, and follow up on claims to ensure timely and accurate billing for services and products provided.

Key responsibilities:

• Submits timely and accurate invoices to payers, ensuring proper authorization and documentation for services and products
• Evaluates and applies received payments accurately to patient accounts, addressing any discrepancies promptly
• Follows up on submitted invoices and claims to ensure timely payment, generating statements and collections letters as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 - 6 months of previous Infusion Reimbursement or Intake/Admissions experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
