Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Medical Principal Provider Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively follow candidates through hiring process to provide excellent candidate experience
• Oversee and collaborate with hiring team on onboarding processes as appropriate
• Drive Provider talent planning inclusive of internal and external talent

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of professional business experience
• 3+ years of recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, and/or Leadership
• 3+ clinical recruiting experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of employment law as it pertains to hiring
• Advanced talent sourcing experience
• Intermediate experience using CRM software and applicant tracking systems
