Job Summary
A medical device and neurotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Technology Account Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing and inputting purchase orders in an accurate and consistent manner
- Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet the needs of facilities
- Performing Credit & Rebills research and process correctly
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service/support experience in a call center or equivalent environment
