Job Summary

A medical device and neurotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Technology Account Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing and inputting purchase orders in an accurate and consistent manner
• Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet the needs of facilities
• Performing Credit & Rebills research and process correctly

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service/support experience in a call center or equivalent environment
• Able to efficiently utilize Microsoft office products including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to organize workflow to meet customers’ needs, and able to handle stressful situations
