Remote Member Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Member Retention Associate Specialist will engage with current members to discuss AAA membership benefits and address cancellation inquiries, aiming to retain memberships through effective communication and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes in-depth product knowledge to communicate the value of AAA membership and address member inquiries
• Achieves established production goals by providing exceptional customer service and facilitating membership renewals
• Collaborates with team members and maintains expertise in AAA products and services through ongoing training

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to five years of customer sales and service or retention experience
• Previous inside sales experience focusing on customer care is desirable
• Ability to obtain necessary sales and service licensing within 90 days of hire
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work overtime or holidays as needed
