Job Summary
To support its internal compliance function, a full-time Remote Mortgage Compliance Manager will conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file reviews, perform internal quality control assessments, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file compliance reviews
- Perform hands-on internal quality control reviews and assist with corrective actions for identified deficiencies
- Review marketing materials and coordinate regulatory compliance training while monitoring regulatory changes
Required qualifications
- 5 years of mortgage compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
- Experience with mortgage advertising and marketing compliance
- Hands-on mortgage quality control experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate compliance concerns to senior management
