Remote Mortgage Compliance Manager
Job Summary
To support its internal compliance function, the full-time Remote Mortgage Compliance Manager will conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file reviews, perform internal quality control assessments, and review marketing materials for compliance while working remotely from anywhere in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct mortgage disclosure and loan file compliance reviews
- Perform hands-on internal quality control reviews and assist in enhancing the existing QC system
- Monitor regulatory compliance training and communicate applicable requirements to management and staff
Required qualifications
- 5 years of mortgage compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations
- Experience conducting mortgage disclosure and loan file reviews
- Hands-on mortgage Quality Control experience
- Experience with mortgage advertising and marketing compliance
