Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote .Net Lead Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging with product and technology leaders to gain understanding of the business strategy, vision, and priority
• Developing technical specifications/design documents as defined in application/system designs
• Analyzing/fixing defects identified in testing, including root cause analysis

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience in leading multi-faceted development Teams working on relevant technology
• Experience leading in an Agile organization
• Experience with building relationships with business leaders
• Experience creating & owning business-enabling multiple technology roadmaps
• Experience leading through influence in a complex, large, matrixed, global environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent 5+ years of experience
