Remote Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Network Security Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing network security policies and procedures
• Coordinating with the security operations center team to ensure visibility of the network security posture
• Preparing ad-hoc network security event information as required related to emerging security events

Position Requirements Include:

• 10+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with operations and management of Palo Alto Hardware and products
• Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance
• Active DoD 8570 IA baseline security certification for IAT Level II
• Excellent written communication skills
