Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review to final decision while working remotely across the US, requiring strong judgment and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review through final decision
- Analyze loan files for compliance with investor and program guidelines
- Provide clear and detailed underwriting decisions and maintain quality standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of recent Non-QM wholesale/TPO underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of Non-QM underwriting required
- Experience with Encompass is mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proven customer service and communication skills
