Remote Non-QM Underwriter
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite Non-QM loans, review documentation, and ensure compliance while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. (excluding California).
Key responsibilities
- Underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review through final decision
- Analyze loan files for compliance with investor and program guidelines
- Maintain strong quality and production standards in a fast-paced TPO environment
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of recent Non-QM wholesale/TPO underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of Non-QM underwriting
- Proficiency in using Encompass for loan file management
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
