Seeking an experienced Remote Wholesale Non-QM Underwriter, the full-time position will underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review to final decision, ensuring compliance and quality in a remote setting.

- Underwrite Non-QM loans from initial review through final decision
- Analyze loan files for compliance with investor and program guidelines
- Provide clear underwriting decisions and maintain communication with internal and external partners
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of recent Non-QM wholesale/TPO underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of Non-QM underwriting principles
- Proficiency in using Encompass for loan file management
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
