Job Summary
To support affidavit operations, the part-time Remote Online Notary will perform Remote Online Notarizations, manage affidavit signing queues, and ensure compliance with state and jurisdictional requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an authorized affidavit signer and perform Remote Online Notarizations for various documents
- Manage and resolve issues within affidavit signing and notarization workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with external notary vendors to enhance operational efficiency and address any challenges that arise
Required qualifications
- Active U.S. notary commission with the ability to perform Remote Online Notarizations
- Hands-on experience with notarization processes and a strong understanding of notarial responsibilities
- Experience working directly with external vendors or partners in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in researching and interpreting state-specific notarization requirements
