Job Summary

An educational company has an open position for a Remote Organizational Learning Vice President.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Able to travel up to 30% of the time
  • 8-10 years of exceptional performance in strategy, research, consulting, or similar roles
  • 3-5 years of management experience, including managing through layers
  • Ability to effectively set vision and direction related to organizational learning in a large and complex organization
  • Proven success in attracting, retaining, and developing talent and sustaining a thriving team culture
  • Proven success in managing a team to strong outcomes, including managing through layers
