Job Summary
An educational company has an open position for a Remote Organizational Learning Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Catalyze organizational learning and development through designing and implementing an organization-wide learning agenda
- Evolve our approach to external research to leverage external thinking
- Proactively build an external narrative
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to travel up to 30% of the time
- 8-10 years of exceptional performance in strategy, research, consulting, or similar roles
- 3-5 years of management experience, including managing through layers
- Ability to effectively set vision and direction related to organizational learning in a large and complex organization
- Proven success in attracting, retaining, and developing talent and sustaining a thriving team culture
- Proven success in managing a team to strong outcomes, including managing through layers
