Remote Outbound Call Center Representative

Job Summary

Connecting with patients to promote preventive health measures, the full-time Remote Outbound Call Center Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift, educating individuals about screening programs and supporting their health journey from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients to discuss their screening kits and encourage participation
• Educate callers on the benefits of preventive health screenings and early detection
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing concerns and ensuring positive patient experiences

Required qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Experience or interest in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
