Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Remote Outbound Sales Agent will engage potential customers through an automated phone system, verifying leads and transferring qualified contacts to Inbound Sales Specialists while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers and verify eligibility based on specified criteria
• Utilize effective communication techniques to overcome objections and demonstrate empathy
• Update call status in the phone system and maintain availability for customer engagement

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred, particularly in a call center environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Must have high-speed internet access via an ethernet connection
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/background check
