Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with interested prospects
- Utilize scripts to engage and persuade homeowners about products
- Maintain CRM notes on conversations and exceed appointment goals
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficient in navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting issues
- Must have a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a headset
- Previous home improvement experience is a plus
