Remote Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

Passionate about helping others, the full-time Remote Outbound Sales Representative will make 100-150 outbound calls per shift to reconnect with returning customers, educate them on preventive health screenings, and schedule appointments while working from the comfort of their home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to returning customers to collect health information and educate them on screening benefits
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend services and convert leads into appointments
• Meet or exceed sales goals by overcoming objections and building value in health screening services

Required qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
• Excellent phone etiquette with consultative sales skills
• Stable work history with the ability to manage stress in a high-volume call environment
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting sales objectives
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
