Job Summary
To support member engagement and enrollment, the part-time Remote Outreach Coordinator will make over 200 outbound calls daily, build rapport with members, and document interactions while working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to engage members and introduce available programs and services
- Identify member needs and provide exceptional customer service while addressing questions and concerns
- Document call activity and outcomes accurately within the CRM system, meeting performance expectations
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or customer retention roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and performance goals
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply
