Remote Patient Advocate

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Remote Patient Advocate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing empathetic consultation and scheduling free evaluations while working primarily through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective patients, explaining services and scheduling consultations
• Listen empathetically to assess patient needs and determine service fit, while overcoming objections
• Meet or exceed KPIs through effective communication and a commitment to the organization's core values

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1-2 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• 1+ years of experience in a role requiring high levels of empathy
• Previous remote work experience with intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to help others and a flexible schedule
