Remote Patient Advocate

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Remote Patient Advocate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, providing empathetic and consultative sales support while working remotely to help individuals reclaim their health and confidence.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective patients, explaining services and scheduling consultations
• Listen empathetically to assess patient needs and determine service fit, while making inbound and outbound calls
• Meet or exceed performance KPIs by seeking coaching and demonstrating the ClearChoice Core Values

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 1-2 years of consultative sales experience, including overcoming objections and active listening
• 1+ years of experience in a role requiring high empathy
• Previous remote work experience with intermediate to advanced computer skills
• 1+ years of call center experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls
