Remote Patient Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Remote Patient Financial Services Representative will coordinate patient billing and collection processes, manage high volumes of calls, and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely reimbursement for services.

Key responsibilities:

• Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and account balances
• Respond to and manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and internal clients with billing issues

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or call center environments
• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance and/or billing
• Strong knowledge of patient financial services and insurance processes
• Proficiency in common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
