Job Summary
A global contract research organization is seeking a Remote Patient Recruitment Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading internal team members to ensure recruitment and retention project milestones are met
- Analyzinz recruitment reports and projections
- Ensuring revenue is realized and projects function within budgetary perimeters
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Minimum of three to four years of experience in project management in clinical research or patient recruitment
- Basic profit/loss and costing principles specific to project finance
- Experience in patient recruitment and retention process
- Demonstrable leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
