Remote Patient Recruitment Project Manager

Job Summary

A global contract research organization is seeking a Remote Patient Recruitment Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading internal team members to ensure recruitment and retention project milestones are met
• Analyzinz recruitment reports and projections
• Ensuring revenue is realized and projects function within budgetary perimeters

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Minimum of three to four years of experience in project management in clinical research or patient recruitment
• Basic profit/loss and costing principles specific to project finance
• Experience in patient recruitment and retention process
• Demonstrable leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
