A marketing solution company is in need of a Remote Payments Engineering Staff Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Mentor and teach engineers in their areas of expertise on a regular basis
• Apply a long track record of experience delivering high-impact projects
• Strive to raise the bar for the engineering organization as a whole

Required Skills:

• Have some familiarity with systems for payment processing.
• Apply a long track record, typically 10+ years, of experience delivering high-impact projects
• Demonstrate pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Can guide teams beyond the status quo
• A history of developing solutions to problems that have had an outsized impact on a large organization’s business goals
• Proven ability to solve complicated technical problems and analyze trade-offs with empathy for the developer
