Job Summary
A marketing solution company is in need of a Remote Payments Engineering Staff Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Mentor and teach engineers in their areas of expertise on a regular basis
- Apply a long track record of experience delivering high-impact projects
- Strive to raise the bar for the engineering organization as a whole
Required Skills:
- Have some familiarity with systems for payment processing.
- Apply a long track record, typically 10+ years, of experience delivering high-impact projects
- Demonstrate pragmatic decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Can guide teams beyond the status quo
- A history of developing solutions to problems that have had an outsized impact on a large organization’s business goals
- Proven ability to solve complicated technical problems and analyze trade-offs with empathy for the developer
