Job Summary

A non-profit research and data aggregation project has a current position open for a Remote Payroll Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process and validate the monthly payroll input and ensure correct processing of salary payments
  • Manage the full payroll cycle
  • Process and monitor miscellaneous reimbursements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in an equivalent role
  • Proven track record working in payroll administration
  • Experience working in nonprofit finance or nonprofit payroll
  • Experience working with domestic and international PEOs or payroll providers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, project-based accounting software (such as Quickbooks), and data management systems
