Remote People Relations Partner

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time Remote People Relations Partner will manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, providing guidance on workplace matters and ensuring compliant employment practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult and advise employees and managers on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and conflict resolution
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal counsel to achieve effective resolutions for employee issues
• Utilize a case management system to track and manage employee matters to resolution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or compliance
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
