Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Personal Lines Actuarial Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the semi-annual update of the auto generalized linear model by-coverage pricing model for use in rating
- Understanding the inputs and outputs of your models and work product
- Assessing vendor products through completion of a cost-benefit analysis to determine their potential impact in the auto GLM
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three to five years of experience in core discipline
- Four or more Casualty Actuarial Exams
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Possesses intermediate programming skills
- Possesses a detailed understanding of the data sources used within the core discipline
