Remote Personal Lines Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Personal Lines Actuarial Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the semi-annual update of the auto generalized linear model by-coverage pricing model for use in rating
• Understanding the inputs and outputs of your models and work product
• Assessing vendor products through completion of a cost-benefit analysis to determine their potential impact in the auto GLM

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three to five years of experience in core discipline
• Four or more Casualty Actuarial Exams
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Possesses intermediate programming skills
• Possesses a detailed understanding of the data sources used within the core discipline
