Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts, the remote Pharma Corporate Recruiter will manage client relationships, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and proactively source candidates for commercial roles on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to execute talent acquisition strategies and facilitate recruitment strategy discussions
- Generate a continual pipeline of highly qualified candidates using innovative and aggressive recruitment methods
- Consult with clients on recruitment processes and provide guidance throughout the talent acquisition process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- A minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience with commercial roles
- Proven experience in performing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, with prior use of Workday highly desired
- Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies, including Boolean Searches and professional networking
