Remote Phone Auditor

Job Summary

Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies, the remote Phone Auditor will work directly with policyholders to obtain payroll and accounting records while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all audit work.

Key responsibilities

• Complete audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies
• Work directly with policyholders via phone to gather necessary payroll and accounting records
• Manage assignments through a web-based production system while ensuring customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping
• Experience in conducting audits, preferably within the Nexus platform
• Relevant work experience in Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, or Payroll
• Experience working directly with the public, preferably over the phone
• High School diploma or GED is required
