Job Summary
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote PMO Quality Analyst will manage quality reviews of program deliverables, ensure compliance with standards and federal guidance, and utilize analytics to enhance transparency and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and perform quality reviews of program deliverables against established criteria and standards
- Create and maintain leadership dashboards and performance reports to communicate trends and risks
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify quality risks and opportunities for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, PMO or project controls, or data analytics
- Working knowledge of quality assurance practices, including validation and performance measurement
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and provide clear recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
