A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Policy Administration System Ongoing Service Analyst II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring, processing, reporting and documenting a variety of transactions
• Coordinating with other business areas to ensure accurate premium processing
• Performing thorough in-depth research as needed in support of reconciliations

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
• 5 – 7 years’ work experience in group employee benefits administration and complex billing administration
• Contract and premium management knowledge
• Expert ability to analyze detailed data
• Knowledge of how inter-company departments and disciplines impact billing and contractual solutions
