- 10+ years of leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience and bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years leading the implementation of multi-phase enterprise large scale ERP projects utilizing established delivery methodology
- Experience using government accounting software such as Unanet, Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics, or Quickbooks
- Exceptional communication, team building, and mentoring skills
