Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Principal Product Designer.
Must be able to:
- Build effective working relationships and bring the wider team into the design process
- Ensure cross-product and cross-platform consistency through influence, bridge-building, and socialization
- Provide direction to and mentor other designers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of professional experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish
- Experience designing for networking or other highly complex enterprise solutions
- A proven track record of shipping large scale enterprise products
- Standardizing and simplifying feature sets across multiple platforms
- Ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture, while zooming in to rationalize and perfect the nuanced details
- Aligning teams around customer-centered design decisions
