Remote Product Director

Job Summary

Leading the product management team, the full-time Remote Product Director will turn business priorities and student needs into clear product plans while partnering with Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing to deliver impactful educational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop other product managers
• Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery across multiple products
• Establish clear requirements, success metrics, and accountability for each initiative

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product managers and managing individual products
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and data
• A track record of launching and improving digital products with measurable results
• Strong prioritization skills balancing customer needs, business goals, and engineering capacity
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and coordinating across time zones
