Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and service delivery, the full-time Remote Product Manager will oversee the vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow ITSM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leading process improvements across IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and business requirements
- Serve as the business owner for core ITSM processes, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and driving standardization
- Manage the ServiceNow backlog and facilitate governance meetings with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Product Ownership, or Service Delivery leadership
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices
- Experience managing ITSM processes and governance
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Demonstrated capability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
