Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with product and internal teams daily to drive product development and improvement
• Responding to requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting product teams in troubleshooting and driving the resolution of user issues

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management business operations
• Strong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are required
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently
• Experience building strong partnerships with product, data, marketing, and support teams
• Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills
