Federal Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager - US Federal.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the authoritative repository of prioritized product requirements for the Federal vertical
- Orchestrate regular interlocks across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Build systems to capture, analyze, and report on product data that drives strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a program management or operations role, preferably within a technology or product-focused environment
- 4+ years of project management experience using software tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Must possess a valid and active TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HRMS, Financials, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior knowledge of Federal government procurement processes and compliance requirements is highly desired
