Remote Product Owner

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Remote Product Owner will prioritize workflows and drive the delivery of high-value product solutions in the Workplace Solutions division through agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and refine product backlogs to balance business value and stakeholder input for impactful outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define features and ensure clear acceptance criteria and communication across teams
• Oversee business outcomes by tracking progress, adjusting priorities, and resolving delivery challenges

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business role or as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a proven track record in product development
• Expertise in Agile Product Ownership and familiarity with the SAFe framework
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and operational business processes
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Excellent time management and data-driven decision-making abilities for managing complex initiatives
